Office manager
Spearheading our office, Hannah is in charge of our schedule and managing our sweeps. Hannah’s fantastic customer service skills and work ethic – often taking over 100 calls per day – is the oil for our machine.
Dave
Chimney Sweep
Our chimney sweeping extraordinaire, Dave has completed HETAS service & maintenance courses, chimney inspections courses and is our main chimney sweep in the Bucks & Herts areas.
Tom
Chimney Sweep
Having served an apprenticeship with us, Tom has had on the job training as well as completing HETAS chimney sweeping, stove installation and chimney system installation courses. Don’t let his baby face fool you – if there’s a course he’s done it!

Chimney Sweep
A decade sweeping chimneys with us, Darren is a customer favourite. If you have a trapped bird in your chilly, it is usually Darren who will save it. Mostly sweeping in London, Darren loves a white coffee with no sugar please!

Specialising in party wall inspections, expert witness services and chimney consultancy for architects, surveyors & insurance companies, Josh is our lead technical specialist as well as lead trainer at our HETAS chimney training centre.
Dougie
Chimney dog
Taking the ‘lead’ in our office, Dougie is in charge of keeping Hannah’s feet warm on the cold winters mornings whilst she books in sweep appointments. Dougie can also often be seen in the reception of our HETAS training centre in Milton Keynes.
Cancellations:
We request a minimum of 24 hours for a cancellation so we can suitably fill the appointment slot.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours we request 50% of the appointment fee if we are unable to find a replacement job.
If the customer rearranges for another time or date we reserve the right to waive this fee.
